For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for an Intern.
What You Can Expect:
Comprehensive Introduction: Get to know BOS's corporate culture, structure, and processes as you start your journey with an in-depth orientation.
Rotation Across Key Departments: Experience hands-on learning in purchasing, production, engineering, and more. Over the course of the program, you'll rotate through various departments every three months, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skill set.
International Exposure: Embark on 1-2 stays abroad, gaining valuable international experience and intercultural competence.
Independent Projects: Lead impactful projects that drive BOS's future, with the support of dedicated mentors and technical experts.
Personalized Development: Present your project results to the management team, receive constructive feedback, and chart a clear path for your future career at BOS.

Requirements
A completed or nearly finished Bachelor's/Master's degree
Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or vocational training
Experience in project work and a passion for innovation
Fluent English is a must
German and/or Spanish – nice to have
